DAMILOLA HASSAN

Damilola Hassan is a financial planner with over sixteen years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. Prior to her foray into investment banking in 2006, Damilola worked with The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (M.A.N) where she acquired significant experience in policy advocacy, negotiations and harmonization of public and private sector interests.

She has comprehensive experience in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management and Estate Planning; having hand-held individuals, families and Institutions on their diverse journeystowards achieving laudable financial goals. She is currently the Managing Director of Meristem Trustees Limited, a company licensed by The Securities and Exchange Commission to provide Trust services in Nigeria.

She holds a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration degrees and is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered). She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) United Kingdom, and an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. She is a facilitator at The Entrepreneurship Academy, Lagos and is currently the Vice President of the Association of Corporate and Individual Investment Advisers (CIIA) Nigeria.

Damilola is an ardent believer of work-life integration and she mentors younger women in this regard. She loves to read, teach and also travel. She is married to Segun Hassan and they are blessed with children.
